Adult Day Health Care Services - Rocky Mount, NC

Our activities encourage social interaction and physical activity to keep bodies and minds fit. Our supervised programs provides many benefits, including:

Enrollment

Prior to enrollment, a complete physical, performed by a physician, is required. Fees and additional costs are determined based on the individual. For more information, or to request an enrollment package, call our executive director, Doris Howington, today at 252-442-8363. If you wish, you can even visit our facility to pick up an enrollment package personally.

Staff

Our experienced and knowledgeable staff includes:
-A Program Director/Social Worker
-A Registered Nurse & Health Care Coordinator
-Two Full-Time CNAs
-A Full-Time Transportation Director
-And Many Dedicated Volunteers
You can rest easy knowing that our expert staff is trained in Alzheimer's and Dementia care. Our caregivers provide many services:
-Health maintenance monitoring and assistance, prevention of illness, and medications needed
-Nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch and snacks)
-Transportation to and from our facility for your loved ones & escort to assist upon arrival.
-Arrangement of family counseling and service referrals.
